Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (if you give one). You enter your shipping address at our checkout and we pass it to PayPal for payment and delivery. PayPal shares the buyer details needed to fulfill your order.
• Order details: what you bought, quantities, amounts, when you ordered and the language you chose.
• We never receive or store your card number or PayPal password. Payment happens entirely on PayPal.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order, send your order confirmation and shipping emails, answer your questions, and handle refunds or returns.
• We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• PayPal, to process your payment.
• Resend, which sends our order emails for us.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its data.
• Shipping carriers, which receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your package.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Anonymous store statistics

Anonymous store statistics are currently disabled. We do not create analytics session identifiers or collect store analytics events.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your bag, language choice, up to 20 recently viewed product IDs and up to 6 recent search terms. Recent searches stay on this device and can be cleared in search. Recent browsing history stays on this device; we do not create a lasting personal browsing profile. To display this section, the product API looks up current details for those IDs. You can clear recent history in that section, or remove it by clearing browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, except what we must keep by law.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
